What can cause flat tyres
Driving with a flat tyre can be extremely dangerous and it greatly increases the possibility of losing control of the vehicle. There are several reasons why tyres might become flat. Of course, it is impossible to avoid the risk, but sometimes it can be minimized if we are aware of those reasons. First of all, most incidents take place after running over a sharp object such as a nail. Depending on the size of the object, the tyre can deflate immediately or gradually. Sometimes the valve system fails and the air escapes through it. When two cars collide, or a car crashes into any other heavy object, the driver may either brake suddenly, causing the tyre to tear against the surface, or the wheel can be destroyed by the other object. Finally, not taking enough care of your tyres might also be the problem. If you are not sure when they should be replaced, contact the place where you usually have your car serviced and ask them to do it for you. Alternatively, search the internet for methods to do this by yourself. And finally, there are also ways to save your tyres. Don"t break violently, don"t move too suddenly and rotate your tyres from time to time (the front ones with the back ones) to prevent excess wear.
